TrustChain Rec is a forensics and intelligence provider. We do not provide legal advice, act as your legal representative, guarantee the recovery of any assets, or engage in activities that would require authorisation as a financial services firm under Swiss or any other law.
The following services are always provided free of charge, with no obligation:
These free services are provided as a courtesy to help you understand your situation. Proceeding beyond the assessment to a full forensic investigation requires a separate written engagement agreement and is subject to fees communicated to you in advance.
All paid engagements are subject to a separate written Service Agreement, which will specify the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees. No payment obligation arises until you have received and signed a Service Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in a Service Agreement, invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance. Payments are accepted via bank transfer (IBAN), credit/debit card, or where agreed in writing, in selected cryptocurrencies at the prevailing market rate at time of payment.
TrustChain Rec will never request payment before delivering verifiable work product. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent TrustChain Rec and demands an upfront payment without providing a signed Service Agreement and work product, please report this to us immediately at security@trustchainrec.com.
Fees for completed work product (forensic reports, expert certifications, assessments) are non-refundable once the deliverable has been provided. If work is discontinued at your request before completion, you will be invoiced only for work completed to that point.
TrustChain Rec provides forensic intelligence and evidence services. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the use of our services will result in the recovery of any lost or stolen assets. The outcome of any legal, regulatory, or law enforcement action taken on the basis of our work is outside our control and depends on factors beyond our responsibility, including the jurisdiction, the courts, the actions of third parties, and applicable law.
Any statements made by our staff regarding the likelihood of recovery are indicative opinions based on available information and do not constitute guarantees or warranties.
